My personal journey has lead me here through my own life experiences. At 20 years old my mother died suddenly and unexpectedly.  I literally felt my heart break and the pain I felt in my heart not only emotionally but physically was almost too much to bare.  I became the party girl distracting myself from my reality in a world of drink and party drugs.  This went on for well over a decade. And sure I went to a counsellor, sat in a clinical room talking to a man about my experience but some things are felt in the body - some things talking cannot heal. These old wounds surfacing again and again.

 

I left the corporate world and was drawn to my first reiki session.  This was the first real steps of my spiritual path. It woke something in me and  I went further down the rabbithole of the spiritual world.  I found various healers and different healing modalities including sound which is a big part of my healing work today.

 

I have done so much work on myself including inner child, womb and ancestral work and worked with various plant medicines over a number of years.  Weaving rituals and practices into my daily life. Practices that I want others to experience in their own healing journey.

Am I fully healed?! - pah! no! Its a journey that keeps on ravelling and unravelling - I'm growing all the time along side you and your journey. All I know is I have a desire to help people along their journeys, using all my tools that have helped me to allow people to be held, witnessed and seen. Holding the safe sacred space so you can heal yourself - and its beautiful to witness!

And so all this has brought me where I am today...Sacred Sounds.
