FAQs

What is a soundbath?

A sound bath is a unique and immersive experience designed to promote relaxation and well-being. Participants can expect to lie down comfortably while various sound instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, create soothing vibrations that wash over them. The session lasts around an hour and encourages deep meditation and stress relief. Many attendees leave feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and more in tune with their inner selves. However soundbaths can also bring up emotions and you should also be prepared for this.  But know that I will be available for aftercare.
