​Welcome to Sacred Sounds where ancient wisdom meets modern soul care. This is a space for deep rest, transformation and community, you can reconnect with yourself through the power of sound, energy and ritual.
Whether you are looking for group sessions, 1-2-1 care or collaborations for your retreat or workplace I offer sound baths, reiki, shamanic healing, cacao and women’s circles, weaving together intuitive practices that support your mind, body, and spirit.

What to Expect at my 1-2-1 sessions;
Ready to relax, reset and realign? My 1-2-1 sessions offer deep rest and energetic rebalance, tailored to what you need in the moment.
My sessions can include reiki, sound baths or shamanic healing. We will start with a herbal tea and chat as to where you are right now followed by the appropriate healing and time at the end for reflections and what came up and finish with an oracle card pull.
Sessions can be alchemised into a blend of each other deepening the healing and experience. For example you could add a cacao or rose ceremony, or have a reiki and sound session - these can last 90 mins to 2 hours.

Collaboration
If you'd like to co facilitate for your retreat or workshop, feel free to get in touch - I can offer sound baths, reiki and cacao ceremonies to add greater depth to your retreat - I’d love to hold space with you.
