Welcome to Sacred Sounds where ancient wisdom meets modern soul care. This is a space for deep rest, transformation and community, you can reconnect with yourself through the power of sound, energy and ritual.
Whether you are looking for group sessions or 1-2-1 care I offer sound baths, reiki, shamanic healing, cacao and women’s circles, weaving together intuitive practices that support your mind, body, and spirit.

What to Expect at my 1-2-1 sessions;
Ready to relax, reset and realign? My reiki and sound sessions offer deep rest and energetic rebalance, tailored to what you need in the moment. Reiki sessions start at £40.
Reiki session - 1 hour - We will start with a herbal tea and chat as to where you are right now followed by reiki healing and time at the end for reflections and what came up and finish with an oracle card pull.
Shamanic healing which may include higher self healing, soul retrieval or crystal work - 1 hour - we will start with a herbal tea and chat as to where you are right now followed by the appropriate shamanic healing required and time at the end for reflections and what came up plus oracle card pull.
Sound healing - 1 hour - we will start with a herbal tea, chat as to where you are right now and oracle card pull followed by a beautiful sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments and time at the end for reflections and what came up.
Sessions can be alchemised into a blend of each other deepening the healing and experience. For example you could add a cacao or rose ceremony, or have a reiki and sound session - these can last 90 mins to 2 hours. Blended sessions such as reiki and sound start from £65.
