My personal journey has lead me here through my own life experiences. At 20 years old my mother died suddenly and unexpectedly.  I literally felt my heart break and the pain I felt in my heart not only emotionally but physically was almost too much to bare.  I became the party girl distracting myself from my reality in a world of drink and party drugs.  This went on for well over a decade.

 

One day I had some kind of awakening that there had to be more to life than this.  I left the corporate world and was drawn to my first reiki session.  This was the first real steps of my spiritual path. It woke something in me and  I went further down the rabbithole of the spiritual world.  I found various healers and different healing modalities.

 

I have done so much work on myself including inner child, womb and ancestral work and used various plant medicines over a number of years.  Weaving rituals and practices into my daily life. But it was sound that had the most profound affect.  Sound took me to places and activated my throat chakra to channel light language - its been a wild ride!  And trust me there's been some really dark times when I've questioned everything - the healing journey is not always sunshine and rainbows...but once you get through it life can be so beautiful.

Am I fully healed?! - pah! no! Its a journey that keeps on ravelling and unravelling - I'm growing all the time along side you and your journey. All I know is I have a desire to help people along their journeys, using sound as a tool, holding the safe sacred space so they can heal themselves - and its beautiful to witness! 

 

And so all this has brought me where I am today...Sacred Sounds.
